What's New

We are very excited about our new "local" line of chocolates, "San Luis Obispo Chocolates". We've created some very exciting and unusual ganache recipes utilizing local/regional ingredients. Nuts, spices, coffee, olive oils, balsamic vinegar, fruits and of course, wines are all incorporated into our chocolates. Of course we're using only the finest milk (38% Hawaiian Kokoleka) and dark (65% Columbian Single Origin) chocolate. Click on the "San Luis Obispo Chocolates" logo on the left to get a preview.
